Villa Yiarina is part of a small high-end complex of five villas and consists of a spacious living room area with comfortable sofas, a fireplace and a fully equipped open plan kitchen. On the same ground floor level, there is also one double bedroom with a queen double bed which has direct access to the outdoor area, and a small bathroom.
On the lower floor level, there are two bedrooms and a family bathroom. The first bedroom has two single beds and the second has a double queen bed.
The villa features an outdoor space which combines a lounge area, a dining area, a built barbecue, a garden and a pool shared by five villas, whose owners rarely use it.
Guests can take their meal or drink while enjoying the most magnificent view of the Aegean Sea as well as the breathtaking sunrise. It is fully furnished and equipped and has private parking.
The villa is offered for rent on a monthly basis from till March or April.
